The book The 20 Essentials of Yoga Balls™️ presents the 20 movements practiced during the workshop of the same name.

Using therapy balls, you will learn simple and effective self-massage techniques that touch all 20 major regions of the body to reduce or relieve pain, increase mobility and flexibility in your joints, and release tension in your muscles. By massaging, kneading, stretching, contracting and releasing your muscles and connective tissues (fascia, tendons and ligaments), you will deeply release the points or regions of your body that have been used excessively, insufficiently or inappropriately.

These techniques will give you real relaxation in addition to regulating your respiratory, digestive and parasympathetic systems.

Therapeutic balls are suitable for everyone (beginners included). No yoga experience is required.
